Most healthcare software of the next decade will be assembled by people and models together. Primitives should make the correct thing the easy thing for both.

Surfaces

Patient banners, timelines, observation tiles, medication lists. Each one binds to a FHIR resource and knows nothing else.

Logic

Hooks for launch context, consent, and terminology lookup. Thin wrappers over the standards, not replacements for them.

Templates

A recommended set of modern tools that perform well when the code is written by an LLM: strict types, file-based routing, server functions, and a component library with a stable vocabulary.
